Lindsay Ford is the owner of Sprout Tours, LLC., which endeavors to be Washington and Oregon's premier provider for rental tours and settling in services. As a Northwest native, she graduated from Oregon State University with a master’s degree in marketing. She spent the last eight years developing her expertise in real estate development and property management. As a tenant, homeowner and now landlord herself, she has the unique ability to relate to all parties in a relocation and rental transaction. Kim is originally from Texas, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and later taught Elementary School and English as a Second Language. Her family was relocated to Portland in 2009 with a stopover in San Francisco. She and her husband have three grown children and recently moved from Lake Oswego to NW Portland in the Alphabet District. They love the Northwest and Kim calls herself the unofficial cheerleader for Portland. She has always loved real estate, scanning websites to check on pricing and following what’s available in both the buying and rental market. She loves sharing her knowledge with clients; as well as insight on Portland neighborhoods, Northwest food culture, outdoor activities, schools and commuting information. Kim’s hobbies include hiking, gardening, reading, cooking and travel.
Lyndsie is a wife, a mom and she loves to travel. While her home, and family are all here in the Seattle area, she has lived in 5 states and has had the privilege to visit 50 of the states and several other countries as well. Besides travel, her passions are interior design, organization, nutrition and fitness. When it comes to finding the best spots in a new city and making sure a home feels like a home, she can point you to Seattle’s greatest places to eat, the top wineries in Washington wine country for a cheese plate and a bottle of wine, where to get the best views of the sunrise and sunset and tips on how to be best prepared in your cozy new home, Seattle. She loves to help people find their best selves, and make them feel comfortable no matter what city or country they are from.
Andrea is a Seattle native with a love for all things Pacific Northwest. She currently lives in the Renton area with her husband, their young son and their family dog. She is born and raised in Washington State, having spent her childhood years on the Eastside and her young adult years in the heart of Seattle. She has a vast knowledge of Seattle's unique neighborhoods and cultures. Her husband, a retired Navy Sailor, is also a Seattle native and they love to spend their weekends exploring the city and finding new places to enjoy as a family, especially new restaurants. Andrea's specialty is food - she will tell you where to find the best fried chicken, which neighborhood bar has truffle popcorn to die for, where margaritas are strongest and cheapest, which restaurant is best for dogs, which restaurants are best for kids and why you should never turn down a Dick's hamburger. She is proud of Seattle and strives to expose new residents to all that is has to offer.
Danielle really loves the Pacific Northwest, which is a big deal for someone born in Texas. Having spent over 15 years in the recruiting and hospitality industries as well as experiencing three corporate relocations herself, Danielle knows first hand how stressful can be for employers and employees to planning a smooth transition. Growing up in a landlocked city, she is never far from Alki Beach in her garage-mahal creating her latest work of found-objects art, brewing beer or making luxury soaps and perfumes. She puts the “E” in extrovert, and also finds time to seek out new eateries, music venues and hosting music-themed garden parties for friends to try gastronomic recreations from her vintage copy of “The New Professional Chef”, from the Culinary Institute of America. Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge, passion and empathy to help relocating clients learn about the area, the diversity of neighborhoods and the plethora of housing options.
Ben was born and raised in the Seattle area but completed his Bachelors and MBA degrees at Willamette University in Oregon. His background in financial consulting at Morgan Stanley and Paychex help him coordinate operations and business development strategy for Sprout. Having lived all over the Northwest and an avid skier, mountain biker and runner, Ben offers a unique perspective to transferees to are looking to get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
